Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not issue full or partial refunds per our Terms and Conditions. All sales are final.
Can I try your service before buying?

Are indicators sold separately?
No. We only offer indicator bundles. The TickSurfers Charting Platform is currently launching by invitation only — every active bundle subscription includes an invitation at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription-based products can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account.
Can I change my payment information?
Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payment information is stored and processed securely by Stripe.
Is TickSurfers Charting platform compatible with Windows, Mac, or Linux?
Yes. The charting platform is a web-based platform that works on any modern browser and mobile devices. Indicators, strategies and other studies can be coded in plain JavaScript with access to TickSurfers TA libray (a library of pre-defined technical analysis formulas).
Who is Jake Bernstein and what are his indicators about?
Jake Bernstein has been trading for more than 50 years and has written various best-selling books on day-trading. He has developed rules-based mechanical trading systems that eliminate guess work from trading. He uses simple indicators with a specific methodology to simplify trading. Why are there so many indicators?
There are two main reasons: 1) purpose, and 2) individual trading style. Day traders may need more reactive indicators than swing traders. On the other hand, an indicator that gives good entry signals may not be that great at providing exit signals. Like a carpenter’s toolbox, every indicator has a different purpose and work best when combined.
