Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! We work with Stripe for payment processing. All payment information is stored and processed securely by them. TickSurfers does not store your payment information.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions anytime in your account. Once cancelled, you will have access to the services for the remainder of your final billing cycle.
Are indicators sold separately?
No. Currently we only offer indicator bundles. Each subscription gives you access to the selected indicators on all available platforms.
Can I change my payment information?
Yes. Go to the billing section of your dashboard and update your payment information.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately no. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.
Can I try your service before buying?
We only offer a free 30-day trial on monthly or yearly subscriptions. All other sales are final.
