Below is a quick troubleshooting guide for general problems accessing indicators in the TickSurfers Charting Platform. For help troubleshooting specific indicators, please go to the respective documentation link above. The indicators are not showing up

Please make sure:

  • Your account is activated
  • You are using the same email address tied to your TickSurfers subscription
  • You received an email confirmation to access your indicators
  • You may have to refresh the TickSurfers Charting Platform and sign in again
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after sign up for your indicators to be available.

I get an error stating my account does not have access to the indicators

Please make sure:

  • Your account is activated
  • You are using the same email address tied to your TickSurfers subscription
  • You received an email confirmation to access your indicators

Confirm that your subscription is active, refresh the TickSurfers Charting Platform, and sign in with the email address tied to your purchase. If access still does not appear, contact support.
