Troubleshooting
Below is a quick troubleshooting guide for general problems accessing indicators in TradingView® and TradeStation®. For help troubleshooting specific indicators, please go to the respective documentation link above. TradingView®
The indicators are not showing up
Please make sure:
- Your account is activated
- You provided your TradingView username correctly
- You received an email confirmation to access your indicators
- You may have to close the TradingView application and start it again
TradeStation®
I get an error stating my account does not have access to the indicators
Please make sure:
- Your account is activated
- You provided your TradeStation customer number correctly
- You received an email confirmation to access your indicators
The indicators appear grayed-out in the Studies window
This is caused due to a recent bug in TradeStation’s software, which they are aware of and already working to resolve. To work around this, close the Studies window, open the EasyLanguage window, go to Build -> Verify All. This will take a few minutes. Once completed, go back to a TradeStation chart and open the Studies window. The indicators should appear as verified now.
