Troubleshooting

Below is a quick troubleshooting guide for general problems accessing indicators in TradingView® and TradeStation®. For help troubleshooting specific indicators, please go to the respective documentation link above. If you can’t find a resolution, please contact TickSurfers Support Team via the Contact page or by email at support@ticksurfers.com.

TradingView®

The indicators are not showing up

Please make sure:

  • Your account is activated
  • You provided your TradingView username correctly
  • You received an email confirmation to access your indicators
  • You may have to close the TradingView application and start it again
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after sign up for your indicators to be available.

TradeStation®

I get an error stating my account does not have access to the indicators

Please make sure:

  • Your account is activated
  • You provided your TradeStation customer number correctly
  • You received an email confirmation to access your indicators
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours after sign up for your indicators to be available.

The indicators appear grayed-out in the Studies window

This is caused due to a recent bug in TradeStation’s software, which they are aware of and already working to resolve. To work around this, close the Studies window, open the EasyLanguage window, go to Build -> Verify All. This will take a few minutes. Once completed, go back to a TradeStation chart and open the Studies window. The indicators should appear as verified now.
